Solicitation of Funds Notice:
Have A Gay Day Inc. is registered to operate in the State of Ohio and fundraises only in the State of Ohio.  Donations through the Paypal Giving Platform, the Paypal Platform, Benevity or Meta formerly Facebook does not share Donors info with us.  The Donor is the third party company that is also a registered charity organization to which we are not affiliated.  As such at this time to all Secretary of States please take note that we are only Soliciting within the State of Ohio.  Thank you
