When you make a purchase in the Humble Store, 10% of the net revenue from every purchase is routed through the PayPal Giving Fund to support charity, and now you can put that donation towards an organization of your choice.
You can choose from any of the thousands of charities listed with the PayPal Giving Fund. Access featured charities by opening the dropdown on your cart as shown here:
The list will populate featured charities. If you have a specific organization in mind you’d like to support that isn’t listed here, just click “Search All Charities” to access the directory.
From here, you can select any of the thousands of charities registered with the PayPal Giving Fund! Featured charities will be listed along the top. You can narrow your search for participating organizations by searching name, category, or country:
Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, just click Select, and your choice will be saved! You can always see where your 10% is going by checking next to the banner at the top of the screen.
That’s it! 10% of the net revenue from any purchase you make in the Humble Store will be distributed to that charity by the PayPal Giving Fund. (See the fine print below for further details on how we calculate net revenue.) If you’re logged in to your Humble account, your selection is saved so you can keep supporting causes you believe in every time you shop with us.
Don’t see the group you’re looking for? Our list is taken from the PayPal Giving Fund’s participating charities, so you’re welcome to invite any U.S. or UK registered public charity to register! You can forward them on to this enrollment page to help start that process. As organizations are added, they’ll automatically become available to select in the Humble Store.
The fine print:
Humble Bundle will donate 10% of the listed price of each item sold through the Humble Store — less PayPal Giving Fund’s administrative fee and, pro rata, applicable sales taxes, VAT, and payment processor fees (which typically average 6 to 7% across all transactions) — to the PayPal Giving Fund with the direction that PayPal Giving Fund will forward the funds on to the selected charities.
